In case of returns, only items that are sealed and undamaged in any manner may be returned within 7 days after delivery.
Our goal is to process every return within a week.
In case of replacements, you must give us a photo and a video of the damaged item (if, in the odd case, your products come damaged) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Within two working days following the order date, orders that have not yet shipped out can be cancelled. The refund will be granted in 7 working days once the order is cancelled.
We will provide you a replacement or refund once we have authorised returns. If you receive a refund on the original credit or debit card you used to make the purchase, return shipping fees can also be charged. Items that might have been flawed, damaged, or mistakenly delivered will all be fully refunded. After we receive the returned goods, we will complete the refund within 7 working days.
